Technical Information
Battery Technology
This pack utilizes advanced semi-solid-state lithium-ion cells, combining high energy density with enhanced safety characteristics. It is a 7-cell series configuration with a nominal voltage of 25.2V (3.6V per cell) and a charge cut-off voltage of 29.4V (4.2V per cell).
Operating Temperatures
Charging: 10℃ to +45℃
Discharging: -10℃ to +60℃
For optimal performance and cycle life, Jianheng recommends operating within these temperature ranges. The pack maintains ≥60% of its capacity at -10℃ and ≥95% at 60℃ when discharged at 0.5C.
Cycle Life
When charged at 1C and discharged at 3C, the pack delivers ≥300 cycles with capacity retention ≥80% of the minimum capacity. Proper usage within specified parameters will maximize longevity.
Storage Guidelines
Short-term storage (≤1 month): -20℃ to 45℃
Long-term storage (≤1 year): 25±3℃ and ≤75% RH with state of charge between 25.2V and 26.95V (3.60V~3.85V per cell)
Recharge every 3 months to prevent over-discharge.
Critical Safety Note
Over-discharge below 17.5V will permanently damage the battery and must be avoided.
Safety Features
The pack is designed with multiple safety protections. It has passed rigorous safety tests including short circuit, overcharge (3C to 32.2V), forced discharge, vibration, and drop tests without fire or explosion.
Charging Requirements
Only use a specified charger designed for 7-series (7S) lithium-ion batteries with a charge cut-off voltage of 29.4V. Standard charge current is 15.0A (0.5C), with maximum charge current of 30.0A (1C).
Energy Density
The pack achieves an impressive energy density of approximately 320 Wh/kg, making it highly efficient for weight-sensitive drone applications.
End-of-Life Disposal
Fully discharge the pack to 0V, insulate the terminals with tape, and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations. Do not incinerate or dispose of in regular trash.
Warranty
Jianheng Technology offers a 6-month warranty from the date of shipment for defects in material or workmanship, provided the battery has been used according to specifications.
